Okay, it should read "Game" but if I come up with others I will add them. The reason I have added only 2 books is because these are hard to find books that I found interesting and full of very valuable content and/or insights. To my knowledge they are only in electronic format.
The game is something I developed and tried selling to Deseret but they said they only publish 2 games per year and there are dozens offered to them. This one didn't make it but it is fun and you can get some card stock paper and print it off, cut them out and play it yourself. If you are familiar with Top Trumps it is similar, only it is based on an LDS Dating topic. You must read the ads, that's what makes them fun... funny.
The Call of Zion
Unfortunately, I read this book a few years ago so my review may seem somewhat vague. I didn't agree with all that Mr. Pontius wrote but he brings up some very interesting points worth considering. I was impressed over the amount of information he used to back up his claims and the amount of thought he put into this work. There is a different book with the same name and this was emailed to me so I assume it was not published, at least in the format it was given to me.
Revelation- The Path to God
If you ever wanted inspire members in your High Priest or Elders Quorum meeting, this book brings up subjects and principles some may find somewhat controversial yet enlightening, but it is filled with scriptures and support which forces the judicial reader to at least pause and consider. Rarely do I read a book that gives me new insights into the gospel or teaches me something unexpected. This book does and does it well. It is said that this book is primarily for the advanced LDS member and can take you to the next step of having your calling and election made sure. I haven't personally had that experience yet but from the content of this book, I can now see it is possible. This book is available on the Amazon Kindle site but it is free here and other free sites.
LDS Dating Cards
For those familiar with Top Trump cards, this is a similar version but with an LDS twist. Be sure to read the ads because they do increase the fun. This is an archive of all the cards and includes a template whereby you can go into the template document, insert one of the 4 pictures (with people's names) then print it. Flip the printed sheet over then go back to the template, remove the picture, insert the Cover Labels pic and print on the other side. If it looks like the cover and the cards will line up correctly, print 3 more copies of the Cover Labels, then turn them over and do the same, adding each of the other 3 pictures with names so you can get all the cards made. Cut them out, read the rules card and play. If the covers don't line up then you can choose a different program to print them, print covers on labels and stick them on or just go without a cover pic.
